Index cards are great, you can use them for all kinds of things. Me, I never really bothered about them until a couple of years ago, when I was involved in the creation of a board game. They were perfect for jotting down stats on, so I bought a bunch.
The board game never reached production, and was actually just barely playable to be honest. It wasn’t such a good idea, it would seem.
The index cards, however, turned up when I was moving out to the country (I’ve moved since, back in a city again, by the way), and I was immediately hooked. More

I decided to start a little project this week. As you might know I’m also writing fiction, both for online projects (like OrnTales.com) and, well, offline things.
To further push myself to the fiction breathing monster of ten years ago, I’m willing to try any technique. My most recent one is very analog indeed. I decided to buy a Moleskine notebook, and a high quality ball pen that felt good in my hand. More

In this modern age the computer have since long killed the typewriter, and handwriting only drags along in the form of scribbled notes and shopping lists. Analog writing is dead, digital is King, right?
Wrong!
I’ve since long been a notebook freak, as in paper notebook, not small laptop. At times I had a notebook for each project, which isn’t something I employ right now since it added clutter. I’ll be talking more about clutter later on, by the way. More
