I write a lot. Sometimes more than I’d want to admit, but at the very least, we’re talking several pages daily. I actually used to write a lot more, in my teens, since I was one of those teenagers that wasn’t stimulated by school, hence I skipped classes and spent my time reading and writing. As you’ve probably gathered, fiction is an obsession of mine, fantasy in particular, although that follows my mood.
Add all the freelance writing I do, on a weekday basis, and my own projects, as well as my blogs, and you’ve got quite a lot of writing right there. I installed Windows XP on my Kohjinsha yesterday, finally gave up on Ubuntu. That’s after I’d gotten almost everything working on it though, the thing that made me switch was the poor performance of Flash.

Yesterday I installed the Ubuntu Linux distribution on my Kohjinsha. Spent an hour trying to get it to boot correctly from an USB stick, then gave up and bought an external DVD, which worked right away. So now it’s running Ubuntu, boots up at 10 seconds or so (to login screen), and is way faster than Vista Home which was on it from the start. Read more →
I’m sitting in the familiar chair in front of my three TFT screens, behind my desk. Back in Sweden again, after a horrible day of traveling (I won’t fly intercontinental in economy class again), and a good night’s sleep in a room beyond 5 degrees Celsius. It feels good, albeit a little weird, since I was in Japan long enough to get into an everyday routine. Read more →
